BlackBite SIA, Engure, Latvia. Contact: info@weldmer.com. We are the data controller for this website.
When you join the list we store your email address, the time you gave consent, which form you used, and the country Cloudflare reports for your connection. We do not store your IP address, and we do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this site.
We use your email to send you updates about WELDMER, early-access offers, and a short survey about the product. We do this on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given when you tick the box on the form. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Subscriber data is stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure (Cloudflare Workers KV) under our account. If we send email through a delivery provider, your address is shared with that provider only to deliver the message. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
Until you unsubscribe, or until the WELDMER launch campaign has ended and the list is no longer needed, whichever comes first. We then delete it.
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your data, or to stop emailing you, by writing to info@weldmer.com. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. You also have the right to complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija).
